Woodbine Cottage is in Ludham. It's a small one-bedroom place for two people. It's got a 3 Star rating, so it's comfortable and clean but not a show home. It does the job.
The stairs are steep, narrow, and open-tread. You need to watch your step.
You're a couple of minutes walk from Womack Staithe. There's a little green by the water and a cafe there. The local shop and pub are about a five minute walk. They're decent.
You're right between the coast and the Broads. It's about a fifteen minute drive to places like Horsey or Winterton for the beach. For the Broads, Wroxham is a ten minute drive. You can hire a day boat from there or get on the Bure Valley Railway.
Further afield, Norwich is maybe half an hour by car. Great Yarmouth is about twenty five minutes.
Facilities: There's a washing machine, a small garden, parking right outside, and WiFi. Bedding and towels are included. One well-behaved dog is allowed.
