Woodbine Cottage
Woodbine Cottage is in Ludham, a village in the Norfolk Broads. It's a one-bedroom place, sleeps two. It's got a 3 Star rating, so everything you need, just not high-end.
You're basically on the Broads here. Womack Staithe is a couple of minutes' walk away. There's a small café there and you can watch the boats. The local shop and the pub are about a five minute walk. The pub does food.
The front of the cottage is on the street, but there's a private patio garden out the back. It's enclosed, so fine for a dog. We take one pet.
For getting out on the water, Wroxham isn't far. You can hire day boats there, or get on a pleasure cruiser. The Bure Valley Railway runs from there to Aylsham if you like steam trains.
The coast is about a twenty minute drive. Places like Horsey or Winterton have big beaches and dunes. Great Yarmouth is further along if you want arcades and that sort of thing. Norwich is about half an hour away for proper shopping or the castle.
Inside, it's all on one level except the bathroom, which is upstairs. The stairs are typical cottage stairs, so they turn and are a bit steep. There's a washing machine, TV, wifi, and parking for one car right outside. All bedding and towels are included.
