This is Fuggle. It's a one bed cottage in Ludham, a village in the Norfolk Broads. It's for two people.
It's got a 4 Star rating, so it's comfortable and well equipped. The main room is open plan. There's a kitchen area, then the living space. It's a good spot to come back to after being out all day.
The stairs to the bedroom are quite steep, but there's a handrail. The bathroom is upstairs too.
You can bring up to two dogs. There's an enclosed garden, so that's handy. It's got a patio with a table and a barbecue. There's a dishwasher and a washing machine.
Ludham itself has a village shop, a post office, a butchers, and a pub. The pub does food. It's a quiet place, good for watching the boats go by on the rivers.
You're right in the Broads here. There's fishing if you're into that, but you'll need a licence. You can hire a pedalo in the village. It's very flat, so it's perfect for cycling or walking. Plenty of footpaths.
Wroxham is about a 15 minute drive. They call it the capital of the Broads. You've got boat hire there, river trips, shops and a few places to eat. Wroxham Barns is nearby, which has a little farm, some craft shops and a café.
The coast is under ten miles away. So places like Sea Palling, Winterton-on-Sea and Hemsby have sandy beaches. They're backed by dunes.
Norwich is about half an hour's drive. It's a proper city with a castle, a cathedral, museums, and shops.
There are a few National Trust houses nearby if that's your thing. Blickling Hall is spectacular, and Felbrigg Hall is well worth a visit too.
That's about it. It's a straightforward place in a good location for the Broads and the coast.
