Rosemary Cottage is on the edge of Ingham in Norfolk. It's a brick and flint cottage, a bit back from the main road. Sleeps four, two bedrooms upstairs, one bathroom downstairs. It's got a 4 Star rating, so it's comfortable and well equipped.
The garden goes around the side and is completely enclosed. There's a wood burner in the living room which works well. The stairs are a little steep, but there's a stairgate at the top.
The place is in a Site of Special Scientific Interest, so the birds and wildlife are good. You can walk straight out onto the Coastal Path from here. The beach at Sea Palling is about three miles away, which is sandy with dunes. You can see seals at Horsey Gap in the winter.
A pub that does food is a five minute walk up the road. For a shop, you'd drive to Stalham or Sea Palling.
You're about ten minutes from the edge of the Norfolk Broads. Wroxham, where you can get boat hire, is about a twenty-five minute drive. The seaside town of Cromer with its pier is about forty minutes. Norwich is around forty minutes too, if you want a city day.
Facilities: there's parking for two cars on the gravel area. The garden is yours. It's got a washing machine, dishwasher, wifi, and a TV. Bedding and towels are included. We can provide a cot and highchair. You can bring up to two dogs. The entrance is step-free and there's a downstairs bathroom, so it can work for some wheelchair users, but it's an old cottage so doorways are standard width.
