Lavender Cottage
Lavender Cottage is in Sea Palling. It's a detached bungalow, so no stairs to worry about. You get your own enclosed garden out the back, it's mostly paved with a bit of lawn.
It sleeps five. Three bedrooms and one bathroom. It's got a 4 Star rating, which means it's in good order. We allow up to three dogs. The beach is about a three minute walk, 200 yards or so. You can see the sea from the end of the road.
There's a local shop and a pub 100 yards away. The pub does food. For the beach, it's sandy and good for families. The Norfolk Broads are about a 15 minute drive inland if you want to go out on a boat. Great Yarmouth is roughly half an hour by car. They've got the usual seaside things there: a theatre, a swimming pool, the pleasure beach.
For a day out, Norwich is under an hour's drive. It's good for shopping and has the cathedral. The North Norfolk coast, like Cromer or Happisburgh, is also within about 30 minutes. Happisburgh has the lighthouse you can go up.
What's here: there's a dishwasher, washing machine, TV, and WiFi. Bedding and towels are included. We provide a cot and a highchair. There's parking for two cars on the driveway. The garden is fully enclosed, so it's secure for dogs or kids.
