Wayfarer is in Eccles on Sea, Norfolk. It's a one-bedroom bungalow for two people, ground floor only. It's got a 4 Star rating, so it's comfortable and well-equipped.
The main point is the location. It's terraced, one in a row, and it's right by the sand dunes. The beach is about 300 yards away. It's a very short walk over the dunes onto a big sandy beach.
There's an open plan living area. The patio looks out over fields, not the sea. You get a good view of the countryside.
It's fully wheelchair accessible from the parking area right to the patio. The entrance and all the facilities are on one level. The bathroom has grab rails.
You can bring two dogs. There's a patio area at the back.
The local shop and a pub are about a mile away in the village. For a bigger shop, you'd drive to Stalham or Happisburgh.
Winterton nature reserve is a short drive for walks. Horsey Gap is where you go to see the seals, especially the pups in winter. It's a well-known spot. The Norfolk Broads are close by for boat trips or fishing. Great Yarmouth is about half an hour's drive if you want the traditional seaside things. Norwich is a bit further, maybe 40 minutes, for a city day out with the castle and cathedral.
Facilities: it's got a dishwasher, washing machine, TV, and WiFi. Bedding and towels are included. There's on-site parking. The owner offers a laundry service, for a charge, if you need it.
