Violet Cottage is in Catfield, which is a small village inland. It's the middle one of a row of three thatched cottages. It was built in the 17th century.
It sleeps four. Two bedrooms, one bathroom. It's got a 3 Star rating. It's nice and clean inside. There's an open fire in an inglenook fireplace. The back garden is big and fully enclosed, so it's good if you've got dogs or kids.
You can bring up to two pets. Bedding and towels are included. There's a washing machine and parking on site.
The village shop and a pub are about a hundred yards away. The pub does food.
The Norfolk Broads are right on the doorstep. Hickling Broad is about four miles away. You can hire boats at Potter Heigham. The beach at Sea Palling is about five miles. It's sandy and good for a swim.
Norwich is about eighteen miles if you want a city day out. The Norfolk Coast is within half an hour's drive.
