Granary

The Granary is a converted barn in Smallburgh, Norfolk. It's all on one level, so there are no stairs, which could be useful.

It sleeps five people. Three bedrooms, one bathroom. It's got a 4 Star rating, which is fine. It's modern and clean.

The main thing is you get to book time in the shared indoor heated pool for just your group. You book it by the hour. There's also a games room next to it with a pool table and things. You'll have a private enclosed patio area with a table and a BBQ.

The facilities here are straightforward. Washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi. Bedding and towels are included. You can bring up to two dogs.

The location is rural. It's quiet. You're about 8 or 9 miles from the coast at Sea Palling, which is a good sandy beach. The village pub is a mile and a half away. The nearest proper shops are about five miles.

You're well placed for the Broads. Wroxham, which is where you hire boats from, is about an 11 minute drive. There are lots of walking and cycling routes around there. Norwich is about 13 miles if you want a day in the city. For seal trips, you'd drive up to Blakeney or Morston, which is further along the coast.
