Jib Sail is in Hoveton, pretty much in Wroxham so you're right on the river. It's a dockland style apartment, one of four in the building. You get your own balcony overlooking the water. Good for sitting out.
It sleeps eight, has four bedrooms and four bathrooms. The 4 Star rating means it's well-equipped and comfortable. Everything's on one level, so no stairs to worry about.
You get a private mooring right outside. The main thing is the owner includes a motor day launch for you to use, free of charge. That's for most of the year, but not during the school summer holidays. You can still hire one from them then, at a bit of a discount. If you fish, you can get a licence and use their bit of the riverbank.
Wroxham is about a five minute walk. All the shops, the station, a few cafes and pubs are there. It's the main spot for the Broads. For walking or cycling, you've got miles of trails right from the door.
Norwich is less than half an hour by car or train. The coast at Cromer or Sheringham is about a 30 minute drive. For a day out, Felbrigg Hall or Blickling Hall are both close.
What's here: dishwasher, washing machine, wifi, TV, parking. Bedding and towels are included. There's a cot and a stairgate if you need them. You can bring two dogs. They have dog life jackets you can borrow for a refundable deposit.
