Fred's Barn
Fred's Barn is in Sloley. It's a converted barn on our land. The views are over fields. It's detached and Grade II listed, so the walls are thick and the doors are a bit low in places. You'll see the beams.
It sleeps ten. Five bedrooms, four bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms are on the ground floor, which is useful. There's a wet room down there too. It's got a 5 Star rating, which means it's well kitted out and finished to a high standard. It's clean and comfortable.
The main living space is open plan. There's a wood burner. The kitchen is big enough for a few people to cook together. Outside, there's a sunken patio area with furniture. The garden is enclosed.
You can walk straight out from the property onto footpaths. They go through the local fields and woods. The B1150 road is close by for getting about.
It's about a 15 minute drive to Wroxham, which is where you can get onto the Norfolk Broads for boat trips. The north Norfolk coast, like Sea Palling or Mundesley, is about the same. Cromer and its pier is maybe 25 minutes. Norwich is half an hour away for a city day.
For facilities: it has WiFi, a TV, dishwasher, washing machine. Bedding and towels are included. There's parking. We can provide a cot, highchair, and stairgate. You can bring two dogs.
