Fred's Barn
This is Fred's Barn, in Sloley. It's a converted Grade II listed barn on the edge of our land. It's detached and looks out over fields.
It sleeps ten people. Five bedrooms, four bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms and one of the bathrooms are on the ground floor. It's a 5 Star property, so it's well looked after. The main living space is open plan.
There's a wood burning stove in the living area. The kitchen has a dishwasher and a washing machine. Bedding and towels are included. There's a cot, a highchair, and a stairgate if you need them. You can bring up to two dogs.
Outside, there's a sunken patio area with furniture. The garden is enclosed. Parking is on site.
The footpaths start right from the property, so you can walk or cycle straight into the countryside. You're about a 15 minute drive from the edge of the Norfolk Broads. The North Norfolk coast, with places like Cromer, is about the same.
Norwich is within half an hour if you want a city day. For local history and walks, the National Trust properties at Felbrigg Hall and Blickling Hall are close by.
