The Wolery is near Swafield in Norfolk. It's a detached brick and flint barn on the edge of a working farm. They grow blackcurrants here, for Ribena.
It sleeps eight. Four bedrooms, one bathroom. It's got a 4 Star rating. The place is spacious and clean.
It's all open plan downstairs. The kitchen has an Aga and a normal electric cooker. The Aga is turned off in summer so it doesn't get too hot in here. There's a big round dining table and comfy sofas. Steps go out to your own enclosed garden with some seating.
The nearest shop and pub are about two miles away in Swafield. The beach at Mundesley is about a ten minute drive. It's a sandy beach with a golf course, cafes and shops.
You can walk straight from the door. There are miles of footpaths through the fields and woods, and along the North Walsham and Dilham Canal. For the coast, Cromer and Sheringham are about a twenty minute drive. Sheringham has the North Norfolk Railway steam trains. The Norfolk Broads are about half an hour away, around Wroxham.
If you're after a day out, Norwich is 17 miles. It's got the castle, cathedral, and shops. For stately homes, Blickling Hall is a short drive. There are places like Banham Zoo or the Dinosaur Adventure Park for kids within about 30 minutes.
In terms of what's here: there's parking, a washing machine, WiFi, and a cot and highchair if you need them. Bedding and towels are included. The garden is enclosed. You can bring up to three dogs.
