The Wolery
The Wolery is a barn on our farm in Swafield. The farm grows blackcurrants for Ribena. It's detached and sleeps eight, with four bedrooms and one bathroom.
It's a four-star place. It's roomy and comfortable. The stairs to the first floor are open-tread and quite steep, something to be aware of. The garden is enclosed and just for you.
Inside, it's open plan. There's a big dining table and comfy sofas. The kitchen has two cookers, an Aga and a standard electric oven. The Aga is off in the summer so the house doesn't get too hot.
You're on the edge of the farm. There are footpaths straight from the door into the local woods and along the old canal towards North Walsham. The coast at Mundesley is about four miles away. It's a sandy beach with a golf course and some shops. Cromer and Sheringham are along the coast, about a twenty minute drive.
For the Broads, Wroxham is about twelve miles. You can hire day boats there. North Walsham is two miles away for supermarkets and a sports centre with a pool.
We allow up to three dogs. There's an electric vehicle charger in the parking area. Bedding and towels are included. We provide a cot, highchair and stairgate if you need them.
