Landers Mews is near Mundesley in Norfolk. It's a converted barn, semi-detached. There's a hot tub in the garden and the garden is large, completely enclosed, and wraps around the building. It's all lawn.
It sleeps six. Three bedrooms, four shower rooms. Two of the bedrooms have their own showers. The main one has a four-poster bed and a TV. Everything inside has been recently done up to a high standard. It's a 5 Star place.
Downstairs is open plan, kitchen and living area together. There's a wood burner. The stairs are a typical barn conversion style, so they're a bit open-tread and steep in parts.
You can bring up to two dogs. All bedding and towels are included. There's parking, WiFi, a washing machine, and a dishwasher.
In the village, Trunch, there's a shop and a pub that does food. Both are a few minutes' walk. The beach at Mundesley is about three miles away, maybe an eight minute drive. It's a wide sandy beach. Mundesley itself has a few places to eat and a golf course.
For a day out, Cromer with its pier is about twenty minutes by car. The Norfolk Broads are accessible from Wroxham, which is around twenty-five minutes away. You can hire boats there. Norwich is about forty minutes if you want proper shops or a cathedral.
If you like walking, the coastal path is close by. For birdwatching, the RSPB reserves at Cley and Blakeney are about half an hour's drive.
