Landers Mews

Landers Mews is in Trunch, which is a village a few miles inland from the coast. It's a barn conversion, sleeps six, with three bedrooms.

It's got a 5 Star rating. That basically means it's been done to a high standard. The listing says it's been renovated. It is very clean and everything works properly.

The layout is handy. You get four shower rooms, which should mean no queues in the morning. Two of the bedrooms have en-suite showers. The main bedroom has a four-poster bed.

There's a wood burner in the living room. The kitchen is open plan. Outside, there's a large enclosed garden that wraps around the house, and a private hot tub.

Trunch itself has a village shop and a pub that does food. Both are a few minutes' walk away.

The nearest proper beach is at Mundesley, about a ten minute drive. It's a good sandy beach and has a golf course. Cromer and its pier is about twenty minutes by car.

For the Norfolk Broads, you'd drive to Wroxham or Horning. It takes about half an hour. You can hire boats there.

Norwich is the main city for a big shop or a day out. That's around a forty minute drive.

Facilities: everything you'd expect is included. Bedding, towels, WiFi, parking. There’s a washing machine and dishwasher. It says it's a luxury property, so the fittings are good. You can bring up to two dogs.
