The Cattle Sheds
The Cattle Sheds is in Swafield, Norfolk. It's next to our house, but it's all yours when you book it. You've got an enclosed courtyard garden.
It sleeps six. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms. Everything's on one level, no stairs at all. It's got a 4 Star rating. It's clean and modern inside. The kitchen is big, with an island. The living area is open plan so you're not all in different rooms.
There's a shop and a pub about a mile and a half away. The coast is close. Mundesley beach is about ten minutes in the car. Cromer is about nine miles. It's got the pier, a beach, and the usual fish and chips. For a big day out, the Norfolk Broads are half an hour's drive. Broads Authority has information on boat hire.
It's good for walking or cycling straight from the door. The lanes are quiet. Bacton Woods are nearby if you've got dogs. There's a golf course not far away.
Facilities: parking on site, washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi. Bedding and towels are included. There's a cot and a highchair. You can bring up to two dogs.
If you're looking at the wider area, National Trust Norfolk and Norfolk County Council countryside sites are useful.
