Elm Tree Barn
Elm Tree Barn is near Skeyton Corner in Norfolk. It's a detached, single-storey barn conversion on a farm. You're in my grounds, but you have your own space.
It sleeps five, in three bedrooms. There's one bathroom. It's got a 5 Star rating, which is a high standard. Because it's all on one level, there are no stairs inside, which is handy if you need that. There are six wide steps up to the front door, or two steps at the back door. The garden wraps around and is unfenced.
The main room is open plan with big windows. It's bright and you get a good view of the fields and the sky.
You're about two miles from a shop and a pub. The coast is about half an hour's drive. Cromer and Sheringham are up there, with beaches and piers. The North Norfolk Railway is at Sheringham.
The Norfolk Broads are also about 30 minutes away. Wroxham is the main spot for hiring boats.
Norwich is about 14 miles. It's a good city day out, with a castle, cathedral, and shopping.
For local walks and nature, the Sheringham Park estate is nearby and the Blickling Estate is within a short drive. There are RSPB reserves at places like Cley next the sea.
Facilities: it's got a washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi, and TV. Bedding and towels are included. There's a cot if you need it. You can bring up to two dogs. There's parking.
