Hall Cottage
This is Hall Cottage. It's in the grounds of Oxnead Hall in Brampton, Norfolk. The hall is used for weddings sometimes. On those days, you can't go into the main garden while they're taking photos. Just so you know.
It's a detached cottage, so you're on your own. It looks over a lake and is right next to an old church. It sleeps six people. There are three bedrooms and three bathrooms, which is handy. It's a 5 Star place, so it's finished to a high standard.
It's a quiet spot. Norwich is about nine miles east if you want a city day. The coast is west, about half an hour's drive to Cromer. The Norfolk Broads are close by too. Wroxham is eight miles. You can hire boats there.
For a day out, Blakeney is good for boat trips to see the seals. It's about a 30 minute drive. The National Trust looks after a lot of the coastline there.
The facilities are what you'd expect. There's a washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi and TV. Bedding and towels are included. Parking is right there. No pets, I'm afraid.
