Hall Cottage is in Brampton, Norfolk. It's on the edge of the Oxnead Hall estate. You're welcome to walk around most of the grounds, though it's 15 acres so you won't see it all. The main hall does weddings, so sometimes the gardens are closed for photos. The cottage itself is detached.
It sleeps six. Three bedrooms, three bathrooms. It's a 5 Star place, which means it's done to a high standard. The stairs are open-tread and steep in parts, just so you know.
You look out over the lake and are next to St Michael's church, which is 13th century. It's quiet.
There's a shop and a pub about two miles away in the village. The coast is about 13 miles. Cromer is that way, and Sheringham is a bit further. Good for beaches and walking the coastal path.
Norwich is nine miles. It's got the cathedral, the castle, shops, and restaurants. Wroxham, for the Broads, is eight miles. You can hire boats there.
For wildlife, Blakeney Point is about 21 miles away. You can get boat trips to see the seals from the quay.
Facilities: it's got a washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi, TV, parking right there. All bedding and towels are included. The garden is yours. No pets.
