Pippins
Pippins is in Great Hautbois, just outside Coltishall in Norfolk. It's a small cottage attached to our farmhouse. You share the bigger grounds with us but you've got your own private patio garden. It's very quiet here, just fields and the river.
It sleeps three. Two bedrooms and one bathroom all on the same level, which is good if stairs are a problem. The heating system is one of those biomass boilers, so the heating and hot water are unlimited, you can have it as warm as you like.
The local village, Coltishall, is about a mile away. There are a few pubs, shops, and a petrol station there, everything you'd need. You can hire canoes on the River Bure from there too. The Bure Valley Railway is close, good for a day out to Wroxham.
Norwich is about eight miles. That's where you go for the big shops, the cathedral, the castle museum. The coast is a half hour drive, maybe forty minutes. Cromer, Mundesley, places like that.
Facilities: it's got a wood-burner, dishwasher, washing machine, Wi-Fi, and parking. Bedding and towels are included. We allow one well-behaved dog.
