It's called The Stables because it used to be a stable block. It's near Smallburgh in Norfolk, on a farm. It's all on one floor, so no stairs to worry about.
It sleeps six in three bedrooms, and there are two bathrooms. It's got a 4 Star rating, so it's well looked after. You can bring up to two dogs.
The main thing is it's part of a site with shared facilities. There's an indoor heated swimming pool you can book for private hour slots. There's also a games room with a pool table, table tennis, and a sofa area. It's not huge, but it's a good extra space if the weather turns.
Outside, you've got your own enclosed courtyard with a table and chairs.
Location wise, it's quiet. It's about a nine mile drive to a sandy beach, like Sea Palling. The Norfolk Broads are really close, about 11 minutes to Wroxham. You can hire boats there. Norwich is about 13 miles away if you want a cathedral or shops.
For days out, National Trust Norfolk has places like Blickling Hall nearby. The Broads Authority site is good for planning water trips.
Inside, it's got what you'd expect: a washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi, TV. Bedding and towels are included. There's a cot and highchair if you need them. Parking is right outside.
