Bee Roundhouse is in Panxworth, deep in the Norfolk countryside. It's a big wooden roundhouse I had built. It's on its own, so you get complete privacy. The view is just fields and sky.
It sleeps four, but honestly, it's best for two. There's one open plan room with a kingsize bed, a sofa bed, and two futons. One bathroom with a walk-in shower. It's got a 4 Star rating. It's warm and comfortable, with a wood burner. There's no television, so bring a book or your own devices.
The main thing is the outside space. There's a private hot tub, a lawn with a firepit, and furniture. At night, with almost no light pollution, the stars are incredible. You just sit and look up.
It's a good spot for walking and cycling straight from the door. The local pub that does food is about two miles away in South Walsham. For shops, you've got Acle about four miles one way or Brundall about five miles the other.
You're right on the edge of the Broads. Wroxham, the so-called capital, is only five or six miles away. You can hire boats there. Norwich is about eleven miles if you want a city day - cathedral, castle, shopping. The coast at Great Yarmouth is about a forty minute drive.
For things to do, the RSPB reserve at Strumpshaw Fen is close by. If you've got children, Bewilderwood at Horning is a big treehouse adventure park about twenty minutes away.
Facilities: it's all there. Wifi, dishwasher, washing machine, parking. Bedding and towels are included. No pets.
