Bee Roundhouse is in Panxworth, Norfolk. It's exactly what it sounds like: a big, hand-built wooden roundhouse. It's completely detached and sits in its own garden, so you've got a lot of privacy and open views over the fields.
It's a 4 Star property, which means it's comfortable and well-equipped. There's one main room inside. You've got the kitchen, living space, and the kingsize bed all in that 26-foot circle. There's also a sofa bed and two single futons if you need them, so it can sleep up to four. One bathroom with a walk-in shower.
Outside, there's a private hot tub, a firepit, and garden furniture. The location is very dark at night, so you get a great view of the stars.
A few things to mention plainly. The bed and the sofa bed are in the same open space. There's no television. The wood burner is very effective and heats the whole place easily.
There's a pub serving food about two miles away. For shops and a train station, you'd go to Acle or Brundall, which are about four or five miles.
You're well placed for the Broads. Wroxham is about fifteen minutes by car for boat hire. Norwich city centre is about a twenty-five minute drive for shopping or the castle. The coast at Great Yarmouth is about half an hour away.
If you like walking or cycling, you can start right from the door on the quiet lanes. The RSPB reserve at Strumpshaw Fen is nearby.
Facilities include a dishwasher, WiFi, and parking on site. All bedding and towels are provided. No pets allowed.
