River Breeze is a lodge in Brundall, right on a private marina that feeds into the River Yare. It's detached, so you won't have any neighbours on the other side of a wall. It got a full refurbishment in March 2023.
It sleeps six, with three bedrooms and one bathroom. Everything's on the ground floor. It's got a 4 Star rating, which means it's comfortable and well-finished.
The main thing is the water. The garden goes right down to the edge. You can bring your own boat, kayak or paddleboard and use our slipway to get in. You can moor right outside the lodge. There's fishing in season, and we've left a bait fridge for it.
Inside it's open plan. There's a fitted kitchen with a dishwasher, and a washing machine. Everything's included: bedding, electricity, wifi. There's a TV and parking on site.
Brundall village is a short walk away. There's a shop, a train station, and a couple of pubs that do food. One is just across the river.
You're in the Norfolk Broads here. For a day out, Norwich is about twenty minutes by car or train. Great Yarmouth and the beaches at Gorleston are within half an hour. For wildlife, RSPB Strumpshaw Fen is very close, and The Norfolk Broads National Trust page is useful for planning.
You can bring up to two dogs.
