River Breeze
River Breeze is a bungalow in Brundall. It's detached, right on the water in a small private marina. The garden goes down to the edge. You can moor a boat right outside, there's a slipway here if you've brought one.
It sleeps six in three bedrooms. There's one bathroom. It was all done up in March 2023, so it's fresh. It's got a 4 Star rating. Everything's on one floor.
You're looking out over a basin off the River Yare. It's quiet. You can fish from the garden in season, there's a bait fridge for that.
The village has what you need. There's a shop and a post office about a mile away. A couple of pubs do food, one is just over the river, another is a short walk. The train station is handy.
Norwich is about twenty minutes by train or car. That's for shops, the castle, that sort of thing. Great Yarmouth and the coast are about half an hour's drive. The beaches at Gorleston are good.
If you want days out, Thrigby Hall Wildlife Gardens is nearby. The RSPB reserve at Strumpshaw Fen is close for birdwatching. The Broads Authority website has maps and information about hiring boats if you don't bring your own.
Facilities: it's all on the ground floor, there's parking, a washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi, and TV. Bedding is included. You can bring up to two dogs.
