Summer Time is in Brundall. It's a detached bungalow, so everything's on one level. It looks out over the River Yare, straight across to the Surlingham Broad nature reserve. You can sit outside and watch the boats go up and down.
It sleeps four. Two bedrooms and one bathroom. It's got a 3 Star rating, so it's comfortable and clean. The garden is enclosed, which is handy if you're bringing a dog. You can bring one well-behaved dog.
The patio catches the afternoon sun. You can fish from the riverbank there if that's your thing.
The village shop is about ten minutes' walk. There's a pub and a restaurant about five minutes away. The train station is very close, about 500 yards. You can be in Norwich in under twenty minutes.
Norwich has the cathedral, the castle museum, and good shopping. Great Yarmouth is about half an hour by car for the beach and promenade. The Norfolk Broads are right on your doorstep for walking or boating.
Inside, it's open plan. There's a TV, Wi-Fi, a washing machine, and parking. Bedding is included.
