Right, so Holly Lodge. It's in Bramerton, on the River Yare. You can't drive right up to it. You park on the common, about 150 yards away, and walk the last bit. Just so you know.
It's a detached place, sleeps four. Two bedrooms, one bathroom. It's got a 4 Star rating. There's a wood burner in the living room, and the conservatory looks straight out over the river. You get the garden to yourself, it's enclosed. It goes right down to the river bank. There's a proper mooring there if you've got a boat, or you can just sit and watch the water.
Facilities are all there. Washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi. Bedding and towels are included. Electricity is in the price. You can bring up to two dogs.
The village pub is about 400 yards away, on the river. They do food. The shop is two miles, so you'll want to drive for a big shop. The RSPB reserve at Surlingham is just along the riverbank if you like that sort of thing.
It's about five miles from Norwich if you want a city day. For the Broads, you're right on them. You can get straight onto the network from the mooring. The Broads Authority website has maps and boating info.
