Holly Lodge. It's in Bramerton, Norfolk. A detached cottage right on the River Yare.
It sleeps four. Two bedrooms, one bathroom. Four star rated, which means it's well kept. It's got a wood burner in the living room. The main thing is the conservatory. It's at the back, looks straight out over the river.
There's a garden that goes down to the river bank. You can moor a boat there if you have one. It's a good spot for fishing or just watching the boats go by. Parking is on Bramerton Common, about a three minute walk from the cottage. You can't drive right up to the door.
The village pub is about 400 yards away, on the river. They do food. The nearest shop is a couple of miles, so you'll probably want to drive.
You're about five miles from Norwich if you want a city day. There's an RSPB reserve at Surlingham, you can walk along the river to it. For longer trips on the Broads, you've got access to the whole network from the mooring here.
It has WiFi, a washing machine, a dishwasher. Bedding and towels are included. You can bring up to two dogs.
