Heron's View is in Brundall, right on the river Yare. It's a detached timber cabin, so you're on your own. The main thing is the river frontage. You've got about 38 feet of private bank, with a mooring if you want to bring a boat. There's a decked veranda to sit out on.
It sleeps four. Two bedrooms, one bathroom. It's got a 4 Star rating, which is good. It's clean and comfortable.
The best part is being on the water. We provide a two-person fishing kayak and a little rowing dinghy. You'll need to be careful, of course. There are life jackets. You can fish from the bank if you want.
There's a pub about a quarter of a mile away. The nearest shop and restaurant are a mile. The railway station is very close, so you can get the train into Norwich or Great Yarmouth easily. The beach at Great Yarmouth is about twelve miles.
If you like boats, you can hire day boats nearby to explore the Broads. For a bigger day out, Blickling Hall is a nice National Trust property, about a half hour drive. Norwich city centre, with the cathedral and castle, is about twenty minutes by car or train.
Facilities: There's a washing machine, parking, WiFi, and a TV. Bedding and towels are included. There's a landline phone you can use. No pets, sorry.
