Pintail
Pintail is a detached chalet on the river in Brundall. It's got its own frontage to the water. It's all on one level, which is handy.
It sleeps three, in two bedrooms. There's one bathroom with a shower. It's a 3 Star place, so it's clean and has what you need. You can bring two dogs.
The main room is open plan with big windows looking straight out over the river. You'll see herons and kingfishers if you sit still. Boats go past all day. You can fish off your own bit of quay.
There's a pub that does food about five minutes walk away. The village, about a mile, has a supermarket and another pub. Brundall train station is also walking distance. You can get the train into Norwich if you don't fancy driving. It's about a 15 minute journey.
You're right on the southern Broads here. You can hire a day boat from somewhere like Broads Authority approved places to potter about. For a day at the coast, Great Yarmouth is 20 minutes by car. Winterton-on-Sea is about half an hour; they've got big sand dunes and you can sometimes see seals.
Facilities: there's parking right there, a washing machine, WiFi, a TV, and a patio garden. Bedding and towels are included. It's decorated for Christmas if you book over that period.
