This is number 36. It's a terraced house on a modern estate, but it's quiet. You're about a ten minute walk from the middle of Norwich. You get two parking spaces, which is handy for here.
It sleeps six. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms. Both have good showers. It's got a 5 Star rating, which means it's kitted out to a high standard. Everything's new and it's very clean.
The living room is on the middle floor. There's a wood burner. The kitchen has a dishwasher and washing machine.
Outside is a small, private courtyard garden. It's enclosed, so fine for a cup of coffee.
You can walk into the city easily. The cathedral is impressive, and the castle is worth a look. The market is good. There are plenty of places to eat and drink, from chains to independents.
If you want to get out of the city, the Broads are about a 15 minute drive. The north Norfolk coast, places like Cromer and Wells-next-the-Sea, is about 40 minutes by car.
Facilities: WiFi, TV, all bedding and towels are included. No pets.
