No. 36
No.36 is on a quiet, newish estate about a ten minute walk from the centre of Norwich. It's a townhouse, so it's on three floors. You get two parking spaces out the front, which is handy for Norwich.
It sleeps six people. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms. Both showers are Aqualisa ones, so they're good pressure and hot. It's got a 5 Star rating, which means it's well finished and everything works properly. The stairs are standard house stairs, not steep.
The main thing is the location. You can walk to the shops, the castle, and the cathedral. The market is good for food. Norwich itself is a good size. You can see most of it on foot without getting worn out. If you need a big supermarket, there's a Tesco Extra about a five minute drive away.
There's a small, enclosed courtyard garden out the back. It's private. It gets the sun in the afternoon.
Inside, it's all clean and modern. There's a wood burner in the living room. The kitchen has a dishwasher and a washing machine. All the bedding and towels are included.
If you want to go further out, you can drive to the coast in about 40 minutes. Places like Cromer or Sheringham. The Broads are about half an hour by car if you want a boat trip. The train station is also close if you'd rather not drive.
No pets, sorry.
