Pightle Cottage
Pightle Cottage is in Shotesham, Norfolk. It's a barn conversion, semi-detached to our house. You're down a long drive so it's quiet. The back is all open fields.
It sleeps two. One bedroom, one bathroom. Everything's on one level so there are no stairs. The bathroom has a walk-in shower. It's got a 5 Star rating, which means it's well-finished and comfortable.
The main room has bi-folding doors that open right onto your own lawn. You can sit out there. The view is just fields. There are footpaths straight from the garden gate if you want to walk.
There's a pub that does food about a mile and a half away. For more choice, Norwich is maybe 25 minutes by car. It's got the castle, cathedral, shops, that sort of thing.
You're well-placed for the Broads. Wroxham is about 15 miles. You can hire boats there. The coast is about half an hour's drive. Southwold is a good day out, with its pier and beach huts.
We allow two dogs. There's parking right outside. It has a washing machine, Wi-Fi, and a TV. All bedding and towels are included.
