This is Duneside. It's a bungalow in Eccles on Sea, Norfolk. It's one of a small group of five, set back just behind the sand dunes. The beach is a couple of minutes' walk away, over the dune.
It sleeps four. There's one bedroom and one bathroom. Everything is on the ground floor. It has a 3 Star rating, so it's clean and well-kept but not luxurious. The kitchen was redone in 2021.
You can bring up to two dogs. There's parking right there. It's got a dishwasher, TV, and WiFi. All the bedding is included.
The beach is sandy and usually quiet. In summer, there's a protected colony of little terns nesting nearby. A short drive down the coast at Horsey, you can see grey seals having their pups in the winter.
The local village, Sea Palling, is about a mile away. There's a shop, a pub, and a café there. Stalham, about six miles inland, has a supermarket.
You're right on the edge of the Norfolk Broads. Boat trips, hiring a boat, or fishing are all easy to do from here. Norwich is about half an hour's drive. The cathedral and castle are worth seeing.
