The cottage is called Mint. It's in Potter Heigham. That's in the Norfolk Broads. It's a single-storey lodge conversion, so everything's on one level, which is handy.
It sleeps six people in three bedrooms. Each bedroom has its own bathroom with a shower, which is good for groups or families. It's got a 4 Star rating. It's clean, modern and comfortable.
You're down a quiet lane. It looks out over fields. There's a patio area outside with some garden furniture. The parking is right there.
Facilities wise: there's a washing machine, a dishwasher, WiFi. We can provide a cot and a highchair if you need them. Pets are allowed, up to two of them.
There's a pub within walking distance, about a mile away in the village of Ludham. That village has a shop too. For anything bigger, a supermarket is a short drive away.
The location is good for the Broads. You can hire boats at Potter Heigham itself, which is a few minutes away by car. How Hill nature reserve is nearby for walks. For the coast, Sea Palling beach is about 15 minutes' drive.
Further afield, Norwich is maybe 40 minutes. Cromer is about 40 minutes north for a proper seaside town. Great Yarmouth is half an hour southeast if you want arcades and a theme park.
