Mint is a cottage in Potter Heigham. It's part of a converted farmyard, so there are a few other cottages around a shared yard, but it has its own front door and patio. The views are out over the fields.
It sleeps six, with three bedrooms and three bathrooms. That's handy, nobody has to queue. It's got a 4 Star rating. It's comfortable and modern inside. There's parking right outside.
You're down a country lane here. It's quiet. The village of Ludham is a mile away. It has a shop and two pubs. Potter Heigham itself is about four miles. That's where you can hire boats if you want to get out on the Broads.
Norwich is roughly half an hour's drive. It's a proper city with a cathedral, castle, and shopping. The coast at Sea Palling is about fifteen minutes away. It's a sandy beach with dunes.
If you like walking or wildlife, How Hill nature reserve is very close. For something different, BeWILDerwood, the tree-top adventure park, is nearby. Great Yarmouth and its Pleasure Beach are about forty minutes by car.
Inside, it's open plan. It has WiFi, a dishwasher, and a washing machine. We allow up to two dogs. A cot and highchair are there if you need them.
