This is Harbour Cottage, in Winterton on Sea. It's thatched, so it looks like you'd expect. It's got a proper cottage feel. It's set back from a village green.
It sleeps four. Two bedrooms, both doubles. There are two bathrooms, which is useful. It's got a 4 Star rating, so it's comfortable and well kept.
The garden is enclosed, which is good if you're bringing a dog. We allow one. The parking is on site, right at the property.
You're very close to things here. The beach is sandy and it's less than five minutes walk. There's a nature walk that starts in the village. The local pub is about 50 yards away, on the green. They do food. There's also a shop, a café, and a fish and chip shop all within a similar distance.
If you want to explore, you're on the Norfolk coast path. Horsey is along the coast, where you can see the seals. It's a nice walk or a short drive. The Broads are inland, for boat hire and that sort of thing.
Inside, it's got a washing machine, WiFi, and a highchair. Bedding and towels are included.
For more information on the area, the National Trust East Anglia page is useful, as is the Broads Authority site if you're thinking about being on the water.
