Sea Star is in Winterton on Sea. It's a detached house right on the beach, maybe 80 yards from the dunes. The back garden gate opens onto a path that leads straight down to the sand.
It sleeps ten. Four bedrooms, three bathrooms. One bedroom is downstairs with a shower room next to it, which is handy if you have someone who struggles with stairs. Upstairs, the main bedroom has sea views and its own shower. There's another double and a room with bunk beds and two singles. That one's popular with kids.
The living room has a wood burner. The kitchen is big and open plan, with a large dining table. Everything's included: bedding, towels, washing machine, dishwasher. There's parking for four cars.
The garden is fully enclosed, which is good for dogs and children. There's patio furniture, sun loungers, and a gas barbecue. You get a view over the valley to the sea.
The village has a shop, a pub, and a fish and chip shop about an 800 yard walk away. They're fine for what you need.
For days out, Great Yarmouth is about twenty minutes by car for the usual seaside things. Norwich is under an hour for shopping. If you like walking or birdwatching, the coast path is right there and you're close to the RSPB reserves at Blakeney and Cley. The Norfolk Broads are also about a thirty minute drive if you want to be on the water.
You can bring up to two dogs. The garden is secure.
