Sea Star is in Winterton on Sea in Norfolk. It's a detached house, sleeps ten, which is why we have four bedrooms and three bathrooms. It's got a 5 Star rating, which means it's been done up to a high standard.
The main thing is the location. You're about 80 yards from the beach. The back garden gate leads straight out onto the dunes. The garden itself faces west, so you get good sunset views over the fields behind the house. It's fully enclosed, which is useful with dogs.
Inside, it's open plan downstairs. The kitchen is big. There's a wood burner in the living area. One bedroom and a shower room are on the ground floor, which is handy if stairs are a problem.
Upstairs, the main bedroom has sea views and its own shower. There are two other bedrooms: another double and a room with bunk beds and two singles. The family bathroom has a bath with a shower over.
The shop, the pub, and the chip shop are about an 800 yard walk up the lane.
You're well placed for the coast. Great Yarmouth is about 15 minutes south by car. Horsey Gap, where you can see the seals, is a ten minute drive north. For a proper day out, Norwich is under an hour away.
For walking, you're on the doorstep of the Norfolk Coast Path. The Broads are inland, about a 20 minute drive.

Practical stuff: parking for four cars. Bedding and towels are included. There's a cot, highchair, and stairgate if needed. Pets are welcome, up to two. There's a washing machine, dishwasher, and a gas BBQ in the garden.
