Ascot Villa
Ascot Villa is a detached house on a quiet road in Sheringham. It's just over a hundred yards from the beach and a short walk into town.
It sleeps eight, in four bedrooms. There are three bathrooms. It’s got a five star rating. It’s been renovated, so it should have everything you need. The kitchen is big, with bi-fold doors that open onto a private courtyard garden. There's a wood burner in the living room.
There’s a washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi, and parking on the drive. Bedding and towels are included. No pets.
You should be aware the property notes there are open, steep, spiral, or narrow stairs.
Sheringham itself is fine. The beach is sand and pebble. The town centre is close, with the usual shops, pubs, and places to eat. The North Norfolk Railway runs steam trains along the coast. Sheringham Park is good for walks. It’s National Trust.
If you drive, Cromer is a few miles east. It's got a pier and a cinema. Heading west, you’ve got places like Wells-next-the-Sea. Thursford is inland for its Christmas show. For general trip planning, the National Trust Norfolk Coast site is useful, as is Visit North Norfolk.
