Holly Cottage is in Bodham, which is inland a bit, about two miles from the sea at Sheringham. It's a detached bungalow, so everything's on one level. That's good if stairs are a problem for you.
It sleeps four in two bedrooms and there's one bathroom. It's got a 5 Star rating, which means it's very well-equipped and finished to a high standard. It feels light and modern inside.
There's a pub about 150 yards away that does food. The village shop is a mile and a half. For anything bigger, Sheringham is a five-minute drive. It's a proper seaside town with a good beach, shops, and the North Norfolk Railway. Sheringham Park is great for walking.
If you turn left out of the drive, Cromer's about ten minutes. It's got the pier, a cinema, and a sandy beach. Turning right takes you towards Blakeney and Wells-next-the-Sea for crabbing and the quay. Holt is a nice town for pottering around the shops.
For facilities, it's got what you'd expect: a washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi, and parking right outside. There's a garden front and back so you can follow the sun. We take one well-behaved dog.
