Holly Cottage is in Bodham village. It's a detached bungalow. You get the front and back garden to yourselves.
It sleeps four. Two bedrooms, one bathroom. It's got a 5 Star rating, which means it's modern and well equipped. Everything's on the ground floor, so no stairs. We take one well-behaved dog.
There's a local pub and a restaurant about 150 yards away. The nearest shop is a mile and a half, but Sheringham is only two miles away for proper supermarkets. The beach at Sheringham is two miles from the cottage.
Sheringham has a good beach, a theatre, and the North Norfolk Railway. The town gets busy in summer. Cromer is east, about ten minutes by car. It's got the famous pier and a wide beach.
If you head west, Blakeney is good for crabbing. Wells-next-the-Sea has the colourful huts on the quay. Holt is inland, about fifteen minutes away, for shopping. The Thursford Collection is about a twenty minute drive.
For a bigger day out, the Norfolk Broads are under 45 minutes' drive. The National Trust's Sheringham Park is nearby for walking.
Facilities wise: there's a washing machine, a dishwasher, a cot and highchair if you need them, bedding and towels are included, and there's parking on site. There's also a BBQ and WiFi.
