Jicklings
Jicklings is a detached cottage in Wells. It's right in the town centre, so you can walk to everything. The beach is about a ten minute walk away.
It sleeps eight. Four bedrooms, two bathrooms. The rating is 4 Star, so it's comfortable and well-equipped. The stairs are narrow and a bit steep. Just something to be aware of.
You get your own enclosed garden, which is handy. Parking for two cars on site, plus space to store bikes.
The pub is a couple of minutes' walk. The shop is too. The quay is practically on your doorstep, and there's a little train in summer that runs from there to the beach.
Holikam Hall and beach are two miles away. Burnham Market is five. Norwich is about a 40 minute drive if you need a city or to see a football match. The coast hopper bus stops nearby if you want to explore other towns without driving.
It says it's wheelchair accessible at the entrance, but the stairs inside mean it wouldn't suit everyone. You can bring two dogs.
The place has washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi, TV, a cot and highchair. Bedding and towels are included.
