Cherry Tree Cottage
Cherry Tree Cottage is in Great Snoring. It's a 17th century cottage, one of three that have been done up. It's got two bedrooms and sleeps four. It's a 4 Star place, so it's comfortable.
You've got your own enclosed garden. There's a patio and a BBQ. Inside, there's a wood burner for the cooler evenings. The stairs are original, so they're steep and a bit narrow. Just something to be aware of.
The kitchen has what you need, and there's a washing machine. Bedding and towels are included. We can provide a cot and a highchair. You can bring up to three dogs. There's parking right outside.
The local footpath starts just round the corner. It's a good walk into Little Walsingham. The nearest shop is about a mile and a half away. There's a pub and restaurant two miles from the cottage.
Wells-next-the-Sea is about six miles from here. That's where the main beach is, with the colourful huts. It's dog friendly. Blakeney for crabbing is a short drive east. Sheringham and Cromer are further along that coast, maybe half an hour in the car.
If you're into walking, the North Norfolk coast path is easily reached. For a day out, the National Trust Norfolk Coast sites are worth a look. Fakenham has a racecourse and a golf course that's open to visitors.
That's about it. It's a quiet spot, good for getting out to the coast or just staying put.
