Rose Cottage is in Great Snoring, down a little lane. It's one of three cottages here, all done up recently. It's a 3 Star place, so it's clean and comfortable, not luxurious. It sleeps four. Two bedrooms upstairs, one bathroom.
The stairs are quite steep and narrow. That's just how it was built. There's a woodburner in the living room, which is good for colder evenings. The garden is enclosed, so it's safe for dogs. You can park right outside.
There's a footpath just around the corner that goes across the fields to Little Walsingham. It's a nice walk. For a proper beach, Wells-next-the-Sea is about six miles away. They've got a long sandy beach with the colourful beach huts. It gets busy in summer.
Blakeney is about a twenty minute drive for crabbing and boat trips to see the seals. Sheringham and Cromer are east along the coast, maybe half an hour. The Norfolk Broads are south, about forty five minutes by car if you fancy a different scene.
You can take up to three dogs. There's a washing machine, WiFi, and a cot and highchair if you need them. Bedding and towels are included.
