Dippers is a bungalow on Cat's Common, near Stalham. It's detached, so no neighbours on the other side of a wall. You can bring one well-behaved dog.
It sleeps five in two bedrooms, with one bathroom. Everything's on one level, so there are no stairs at all. It's got a 4 Star rating, which means it's comfortable and well-equipped.
The garden goes all the way around. It's enclosed, so it's safe for kids or a dog. There's a hot tub out there, which is private to the property. Inside, there's a conservatory that gets the sun.
It's a bungalow in the middle of fields, so it's quiet. You'll hear birds. The nearest pubs are about a 15-minute walk away.
You're right in the Norfolk Broads. A footpath from the garden leads to the Worstead Estate, where there's a brewery and access to the Dilham Canal for paddleboarding. The River Ant, where you can hire day boats, is a few minutes' drive. Stalham village has shops and takeaways.
Wroxham, which they call the capital of the Broads, is about 10 minutes by car. The Bure Valley Steam Railway runs from there to Aylsham. For the coast, Sea Palling beach is about 20 minutes away. Horsey Beach is good for seeing the grey seals in winter, but check the timings.
Norwich is 35 minutes if you need a city or the theatre. The coast at Great Yarmouth is about the same drive.
Facilities include a washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi, and parking on the drive. Bedding and towels are included.
