The Venetian
The Venetian is a ground floor apartment in Horning, right on the main street. The front door is set back under a little tunnel, which feels a bit different.
It's all on one level and sleeps four. Two bedrooms: one with a super king bed, the other with a double. There's one bathroom with a shower. The place is done up in a Venetian style, so think fancy fabrics and décor. It's got a 5 Star rating.
The living area is open plan, with the kitchen and dining space together. There are big windows facing the street, so you can watch the village go by. At the back, there's a private, enclosed courtyard with a table, chairs, a BBQ and a heater.
You're right in the middle of the village. There are three waterside pubs within a short walk, plus a shop, a fish restaurant, a café and an ice cream place. You can hire boats or bikes from nearby if you want to explore.
Wroxham is about ten minutes' drive. That's where you'll find the Bure Valley Railway and more shops. The city of Norwich is about 11 miles away for a day out. The Norfolk Broads Authority website is useful for planning boat trips or walks.
Included: WiFi, a TV, a washing machine, a dishwasher. Bedding and towels are provided. A cot and highchair are there if you need them. No pets allowed.
