Blofield Cottage is in Blofield Heath, Norfolk. It's a detached place, single-storey, so no stairs to worry about. You get the whole garden to yourselves. It's enclosed, which is good if you've got dogs or kids. The garden’s got a Mediterranean feel, lots of plants, and a gate that leads out to shared grounds with a tennis court.
It sleeps six. Three bedrooms. Two bathrooms, one is an ensuite off the main bedroom. One bedroom has twin beds that zip together into a kingsize if you ask when you book. The place has a 5 Star rating. It's been done to a good standard, comfortable, clean.
You're about ten minutes' drive from the edge of the Norfolk Broads. Norfolk Broads is good for boats, obviously. You can hire day boats, canoes, that sort of thing, locally. The coast is about twenty minutes away. Winterton, Horsey, those beaches are good. Sandy, backed by dunes.
Great Yarmouth is fifteen, twenty minutes. That's the classic seaside resort with the amusements and the Sea Life Centre. Norwich city centre is about twenty-five minutes. That's where you go for proper shopping, the castle, the cathedral. Brundall village is five minutes down the road. They've got a train station there, a couple of pubs, a supermarket. You could get the train to Norwich or up the coast to Cromer if you wanted.
In the village here, there's a golf course. There's an Indian restaurant that's won awards, a shop, and a farm shop just a couple of minutes' drive away.
Facilities: washing machine, dishwasher, bedding and towels included. WiFi. Parking on site. You can bring up to two dogs. There's a BBQ out in the garden.
