Rainbow's End

Rainbow's End is in Brundall. It's a detached little place right on the River Yare. The property is yours, with its own bit of river frontage. It's quiet here, you get the water and the fields.

It's for two people. One bedroom, one bathroom. It's got a 4 Star rating. It's clean and modern inside. The main room is open plan, so the kitchen, dining and sitting area are all together. Big windows look straight out onto the river. You'll see herons. Sometimes a kingfisher.

You can fish off the quay heading in the garden if that's your thing. There are two one-man kayaks with life jackets, so you can potter about on the water. For a proper boat, you can hire one locally. The Broads are right there.

The local pub is about 200 yards up the road. They do food. There's a supermarket about ten minutes walk away. The train station is very close, maybe a five minute walk. You can get into Norwich in about ten minutes, or out to the coast at Great Yarmouth or Lowestoft.

Norwich is good for a day out. The cathedral is worth seeing, and there's the castle museum and the lanes for shopping. Great Yarmouth has the beach and the promenade. It's about half an hour by car.

Facilities: there's parking, a dishwasher, TV, bedding and towels are included. One well-behaved dog is welcome. The riverside mooring is for day boats only, and you need to ask us first.
