Waterside
Waterside is in Hoveton, on the edge of Wroxham Broad. It's a detached bungalow right on the water. The garden is enclosed and has a patio with furniture.
It sleeps six. Three bedrooms, one bathroom, with a shower. It has a 4 Star rating. It's been fully refurbished. There's parking on site.
The main thing people book it for is the boat. It comes with a day motor launch that can take all six of you. You can see it from the living room. You can just take it out for fun, or you can use it to get into Wroxham, which is about five minutes away.
Wroxham has a supermarket, some shops, and places to eat. The Bure Valley Railway is there if you want a steam train trip to Aylsham. Norwich is about eight miles away for bigger shops and the cathedral.
The coast is about a half hour drive. Sea Palling, Horsey, and Winterton have good sandy beaches. Great Yarmouth and Cromer are a bit further for the classic seaside stuff.
Facilities wise: bedding and towels are included, there's a washing machine and dishwasher, and WiFi. You can bring up to three dogs. The garden is secure for them. There's a local pub within walking distance.
