Meadow View Van is on Workhouse Common, near Neatishead in Norfolk. It's a static caravan, so it's a holiday van, not a cottage. It's detached and sits on its own bit of ground.
It sleeps four in two bedrooms and has one bathroom with a shower. It's got a 4 Star rating. It's clean and comfortable. The main room is open plan. You've got a patio area outside to sit. The view is over fields towards the river.
The village of Neatishead is about a mile away. It's got a pub that does food and a small shop. There's a river staithe there that leads into Barton Broad.
You're right in the Broads here. You can walk or cycle straight from the door. The Barton Boardwalk is close by for a proper look at the broad. For boat hire, Wroxham is about a 15 minute drive. It's where Roy's is, that big shop. The Bure Valley Railway is there too.
Norwich is about half an hour away. It's a proper city with a cathedral, castle, shops and restaurants.
The coast is about 20 minutes by car. Sea Palling or Happisburgh are the nearest beaches. They're sandy with dunes. Great Yarmouth is further along, about 40 minutes, if you want the amusements and pleasure beach.
Things to know: it's all on one level. You can bring up to two dogs. There's parking right there. Bedding and towels are included. There's a TV and WiFi.
