Sea View is over in Shilbottle. It's a stone terraced house. You look out over fields and you can just about see the sea on the horizon.
It sleeps five, across three bedrooms. One bathroom with a shower. It's got a 3 Star rating, so again, it's clean and comfortable rather than luxurious.
Inside, it's a straightforward layout. The living room has a multi-fuel burner, which is nice in the evenings. The kitchen and dining area are on the ground floor. The stairs are normal.
There's a local shop, a post office, and a pharmacy about half a mile away. An Indian restaurant and a pub are a bit further, about a mile.
Location wise, you're right between Alnwick and Alnmouth. Alnwick has everything: a cinema, shops, plenty of pubs. Alnwick Castle and the Alnwick Garden are there if you want a day out. Alnmouth is a pretty coastal village with beaches, pubs, and tea rooms. It's about four miles to either.
The coast is easy to get to. You've got beaches at Alnmouth, and further down at Warkworth and Amble. There's a lot of good walking along there. The Northumberland Coast is an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Inland, you've got the Cheviot Hills.
In terms of facilities, you've got the basics covered: WiFi, TV, a washing machine, parking on site. Bedding and towels are included. There's a highchair if you need one. No pets, I'm afraid.
