The Studio
The Studio is about a five minute walk down into Warkworth village. It's in our garden, but it's detached and you can't see the house from it, so it's private.
It sleeps two. One room upstairs with the bed and a sofa. The kitchen's downstairs. It's got a 3 Star rating, so it's clean and comfortable. The stairs are a bit narrow.
You can walk to Warkworth Castle from here. There are a couple of pubs and cafes in the village. The river walk is nice, you often see herons.
Amble harbour is about ten minutes' drive. They've got a good fish and chip shop there. Alnwick is fifteen minutes away. The castle and the gardens are worth a visit. The treehouse restaurant is in the gardens.
The coast is very close. Druridge Bay and Alnmouth beach are both about a ten minute drive. For walking, the Northumberland Coast is all there. Inland, you're not far from the Northumberland National Park or Hadrian's Wall.
It has parking, WiFi, a TV, and a washing machine. Bedding and towels are included. One well-behaved dog is allowed.
