Grosvenor Cottage
Grosvenor Cottage is in the middle of Alnmouth. It’s a one-bedroom place for two people. You’re right on the main street.
It’s got a 4 Star rating, so it’s comfortable and well-kept. Everything’s been done up. The bathroom has a walk-in shower.
You’re a couple of minutes’ walk from the beach and the golf course. The village has pubs, restaurants, a deli, and a post office, all about a minute away. It’s handy.
You can start coastal walks from the village. There’s a walking and cycling path to Warkworth, which is four miles away. It’s a nice village with a castle.
Alnwick is five miles inland. You can visit Alnwick Castle and the Alnwick Garden. Amble is five miles the other way, towards the coast. It’s a harbour town with seafood places.
If you drive north for about 20 minutes, you get to beaches like Newton-by-the-Sea. Bamburgh Castle and Dunstanburgh Castle are about 25 minutes away by car. Seahouses is 20 minutes from here; that’s where the boats go to the Farne Islands to see the puffins and seals. Holy Island is about 40 minutes away, but you have to check the tide times for the causeway.
Inside, there’s a dishwasher and a washing machine. Bedding and towels are included. WiFi and TV are there. You can bring one dog. The utilities are all included.
