1 3/4 Denwick View
1 3/4 Denwick View is a single-storey annex, attached to our house. It's in a quiet residential street on the edge of Alnwick. Everything's on one level. You get your own front door.
It's for two people. One bedroom, one bathroom. It's a 3 Star place. That means it's clean, comfortable and has what you need, but it's not a luxury hotel. The patio doors from the living room and bedroom open straight into the back garden. There's a little private sitting area out there that catches the sun.
We live next door. We have a studio in the garden where we make things with fibres and glass. You're welcome to have a look. If you're interested, we can do a short workshop during your stay so you can make something to take home. It's an option, not an expectation.
You can walk into Alnwick town centre in about 15 minutes. There are shops, pubs, a couple of restaurants and a cinema. The castle and the famous Alnwick Garden are a short drive away. The Garden has that big treehouse restaurant.
You're about four miles from the coast. Alnmouth Beach is the closest. That whole coastline is great for walking. Head west and you're into the Cheviot hills pretty quickly.
It's a good spot if you don't want to drive every day. You can leave the car and walk to dinner.
What's here: There's a dishwasher, wifi, TV, parking right outside, and a fully enclosed garden. The bedding and towels are included. We can take two dogs.
