Harry's Den is in Alnwick, right at the top end of the town. It's a one-bedroom place, sleeps two. It's had a refurbishment not long ago, so it's fresh and clean. The paint is Farrow and Ball, nice neutral stuff.
The living room is a good size and you can see the castle wall from the window. The bedroom has an old fireplace that's blocked off, just for show. There are French doors from the bedroom straight out into the courtyard. The kitchen is modern and looks out over the garden.
The main thing is the courtyard. It's south-west facing, fully walled in, and private. There's a table and chairs out there. It gets the sun. Two steps up to a raised bit if you want a quieter spot.
Parking is on the street with a permit, which we provide for you.
You're literally a minute's walk from Alnwick Castle. The town has everything you need: shops, restaurants, a cinema. The pub is about 50 yards away. The coast at Alnmouth is about six miles.
For days out, you've got the whole Northumberland coast. Craster, Bamburgh Castle, Dunstanburgh Castle. The bus station is close if you don't want to drive.
Inside, there's a washing machine, WiFi, TV, and all bedding and towels are included. One bathroom with a shower.
