Cheviot View
Cheviot View is a cottage on our farm, about two miles outside of Alnwick. It's one of a pair, semi-detached with its own garden.
It sleeps five in three bedrooms, with one bathroom. It's got a 3 Star rating, so it's comfortable and clean, not high-end. The views from the living room and two of the bedrooms are the main thing. You look south over fields and west to the Cheviot Hills.
It's a working farm, so you'll see cows, calves, horses, and we've got three pet pigs, Prudence, Portia and Primrose. It's quiet, down a country lane.
Alnwick is two miles away for shops and pubs. The coast with its big sandy beaches is about a twenty minute drive. For castles, you've got Alnwick Castle in town and Wallington is about half an hour south. The Northumberland National Park and the Cheviots are on the doorstep for walking.
It's got a woodburning stove, TV, WiFi, a washing machine, and parking. Bedding and towels are included. We take up to three pets.
