Pelican Rest
Pelican Rest is in Amble. It's a new build, finished in 2023. Semi-detached, on a small development. You get a private garden with a lawn and a patio with a table and chairs. There's parking for two cars, and a charger if you have an electric vehicle.
It sleeps five. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms. It has a 5 Star rating, which means it's well-finished and everything is new. The living room has a smart TV and fibre broadband. The kitchen has French doors out to the garden.
It's about a fifteen minute walk to the harbour and the beach. The ground's flat. The harbour has a good fish restaurant you can sit outside at, an ice cream shop, and some pop-up stalls. There's a microbrewery nearby that often has food vans.
Warkworth is a ten minute drive away, or a longish walk. The castle is worth seeing. Alnwick is about a fifteen minute drive. The castle and the gardens are the main draw there. The beaches at Alnmouth and Druridge Bay are a short drive north.
For facilities: it's got a washing machine, dishwasher, bedding and towels included. Up to two dogs are welcome. There's bike storage if you bring them.
