Pelican Rest
Pelican Rest is a new-build semi-detached house in Amble. It was finished in 2023, so everything is clean and works properly. It’s got a 5 Star rating.
It sleeps five. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms. You can bring up to two dogs. There's parking for two cars, and an electric charger if you need it.
The back garden is gravelled with a patio and a table and chairs. It's enclosed, which is handy with dogs.
It’s about a ten to fifteen minute walk to the beach and the marina. The path is flat. The town has what you need: a shop, pubs, places to eat. The nearest pub is a few minutes walk away.
Warkworth is a ten minute drive away, or a decent walk if you fancy it. It’s got a big castle. Alnwick with the castle and gardens is about twenty minutes by car. For a long beach, Druridge Bay is roughly fifteen minutes away.
Inside, it’s all new. There’s a smart TV, fibre broadband, a washing machine, and a dishwasher. Bedding and towels are included. There’s a highchair and a cot if you have young children.
