Druridge Hideout

Druridge Hideout is in Hadston. It's on a quiet street, overlooking a green. The back garden is yours and it's fully enclosed.

It sleeps six, but there are two bedrooms. One has a kingsize bed, the other is a family room with two sets of bunk beds. You get one bathroom. It's a 4 Star place, which means it's been done up well. Everything was renovated in 2022.

The living area is open plan. French doors go out to the deck. The kitchen is blue. Outside, there's a deck with a table and a hot tub.

The house is about a ten-minute walk from Druridge Bay. The beach is sandy with dunes. Druridge Bay Country Park is there too, with a lake for water sports if you want that.

There's a shop and a takeaway in the village. For a bigger shop, Amble is three miles north. It's a fishing port. You can get boat trips from there to Coquet Island. Morpeth is nine miles south for proper town shops.

Alnwick Castle and its gardens are about a twenty-minute drive. The Northumberland National Park is inland for walking. Up the coast, you've got National Trust Northumberland Coast places like Craster and Dunstanburgh Castle within half an hour.

The facilities are what you'd expect. Washing machine, WiFi, TV. Bedding and towels are included. It's wheelchair accessible at the entrance. You can bring one dog.
