Oakwood Lodge is a detached holiday lodge on a park in Eshott, Northumberland. It's a bungalow, so everything's on one level.
It sleeps six, with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. One bedroom has a double bed, the other has two singles, and there's a sofa bed in the living area. It's got a 4 Star rating. Sheets and towels are included.
The park is about 40 acres and has a café and a restaurant on-site. There's a small lake, you'll see swans there. The deck at the back has a hot tub, it's private.
The property is set just off the A1. Morpeth is a ten minute drive south, it's a proper market town with all the usual shops. Alnwick is about fifteen minutes north. Alnwick Castle is worth a visit, they have the gardens and the Harry Potter stuff. Alnwick Castle.
The coast is close. Warkworth, with its castle and beach, is a short drive. You're also well placed for trips to Hadrian's Wall or into Northumberland National Park. For walks and general information, Northumberland National Park is useful.
As for facilities: there's a dishwasher, washing machine, WiFi, and TV. Parking is on-site and there's an electric vehicle charger. There's a cot and highchair if you need them. You can bring up to two dogs.
