Framlington Corner is a holiday lodge on the edge of Longframlington village. It was built in 2018 so it's modern and everything works properly. It's cedar wood and south facing, so it gets the sun through the big front windows.
It's detached and sleeps four in two bedrooms. Both bedrooms have their own bathroom, which is handy. Everything is on the ground floor, so no stairs. There's a wooden deck outside to sit on.
In the village, about three quarters of a mile away, there's a couple of pubs that do food, a good butcher, a shop, and a café. You can walk it if you don't mind a bit of a stroll.
For days out, Rothbury and the River Coquet are about four miles north. Alnwick is about nine miles east. The castle and gardens there are worth a visit. The National Trust has details. The coast, like Alnmouth or Craster, is about half an hour's drive. Inland, you've got Kielder Water and the Dark Sky Park, which is good for stargazing if that's your thing. Northumberland Dark Sky Park has information.
The place has its own parking. There's a washing machine, dishwasher, and Wi-Fi. Bedding and towels are included. We can provide a cot and highchair. It's wheelchair accessible. There's storage for bikes if you bring them.
If you need more space, you can book it together with Framlington Villa next door, which sleeps another four.
