Yolo Retreat is a lodge on a park just off the A1, near Burgham. It's a forty acre site but the lodge park itself is quiet. You're about two minutes walk from the on-site restaurant and bar.
It's a detached lodge that sleeps four. Two bedrooms, one bathroom. It's got a 4 Star rating. It's open plan inside. There's a raised deck outside with a private hot tub around the back.
The park has a small lake you can walk around. There's a kids' play area. You can bring one dog. Bedding and towels are included. Parking is right by the lodge.
You're between Morpeth and Alnwick. Morpeth is a few minutes south. It's a market town with shops and places to eat. Alnwick is about fifteen minutes north. The castle is there. It's a Alnwick Castle and the gardens are good.
The coast is about twenty minutes east. You've got beaches like those near Warkworth. Warkworth has a castle and the river. Further up, Craster and Bamburgh are within half an hour.
If you head west, you can get to the edge of Northumberland National Park in about forty minutes, or to Segedunum Roman Fort at Wallsend in about half an hour. Kielder Water is over an hour's drive.
On site facilities are listed. The TV has Freeview. The WiFi usually works fine.
